Jesse Nelson

Jesse Harmone Nelson, 61, of Lenoir passed away Friday, March 10, 2023 at Frye Regional Medical Center. Born December 21st, 1961 he was the son of the late George Nelson and Victoria Maynard Nelson. Jesse enjoyed working on computers and cars but it did not compare to his love for taking care of his family and his dogs Ms. Thang and Jake. He will be greatly missed by all those who loved him.

He is survived by his wife Penny Erickson Nelson of the home; three children Kimberly Erickson, Stacey Erickson, and Christopher Nelson; six grandchildren Taylor Alspaugh, Trey Jones, Kaitlyn Franklin, Jayden Jones, Makayla Kaylor, and Skylar White Erickson; two sisters Ruthanne and Patty, and three brothers George, David, and Jerry.

He was preceded in death by his parents George and Victoria Nelson; and a sister.
