Gemma Remolde

Gemma Marie Remolde, 61, of Taylorsville passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Carolina Caring Hospice House. Born January 28th, 1963 she was the daughter of the late Matthew John Remolde and Patricia Theresa Maguire Remolde.
Throughout her life, Gemma exemplified strength, independence, and unwavering loyalty. She could be described as tough as nails and approached everything she did with fierce determination. Her family meant the world to her, and she dedicated herself to caring for them with love and devotion. In her free time, Gemma found joy in the simple things in life. She had a passion for gardening, spending time tending to her flowers and vegetables with a smile on her face. She had a love for music, animals, sewing, and crafting, with a joy for collecting all kinds of knickknacks, crystals, and dragonflies. Gemma will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and infectious laughter. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will continue to inspire those who knew her.
She is survived by a daughter Erica Flynn (Chris) of Reading, PA; two brothers Matthew P. Remolde of Philadelphia, PA and Gerud Ciotti; five grandchildren Matthew E. Flynn II of Philadelphia, PA, Jordan Feasler of Philadelphia, PA, Caydence Mower of Reading, PA, Christopher Mower IV of Reading, PA, Jason Anderson-Flynn; a best friend Keith of Philadelphia, PA; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many life long and new best friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter baby Rebecca Flynn; three sons Paul J. Flynn Jr., Rory Flynn, and Matthew E. Flynn; ex-husband Paul J. Flynn Sr.
The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 AM with a Memorial Mass following at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 13, 2024, at St. Bridget's Roman Catholic Church, 3667 Midvale Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19129. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery of West Conshohocken, 235 Matsonford Rd, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
