Everette Isenhour

Everette "Wayne" Isenhour Sr., 73, of Conover passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at his home. Born May 23rd, 1949 he was the son of the late Harvey and Alma Lee Isenhour. He was a retired brick mason of over 40 years and also served in the Marines as a Combat Engineer and MP.

He is survived by his daughter Karie Meixner (Britt) of Hickory; a sister Susan Gunter (James) of Newton; two brothers Dennis Isenhour (Gaye) of Hickory and Mark Isenhour of Hickory; a niece Kimberly Garrett of Hickory; a nephew Dennis Isenhour Jr. (Jessica) of Claremont; a great-niece Tiffani Roton (Dalton) of Taylorsville; a great-nephew Dylan Isenhour of Arkansas; two step-sons John Harbin of Conover and Jerry Harbin (Julie) of Florida; five grandchildren Cory Reese of Hickory, Brittney Parker (Hannah) of Hickory, Amber Childress (Becky) of Hickory, Maecie Brumley of Conover, and Maggie Baker of Conover; three great-grandchildren Ashton, Emory, and Grace.

In addition to his parents he was preceded him in death by his son Everette Wayne Isenhour Jr.; a nephew Daniel Isenhour; and his partner Myra Harbin.

The Celebration of Life will be 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Open Door Baptist Church at 4663 Springs Road, Conover, NC 28613.
