Angela Travis

Angela Dawn Travis, 47, of Newton passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born May 18th, 1974 she was the daughter of Gary Dwayne Travis and Jane Lingerfelt Travis. She will be remembered for her love for life; she loved to go and live life to the fullest.

In addition to her mother Jane Travis she is survived by her son Travis Parker; a sister Amanda Payne; a niece Jada Travis; a nephew Gary Payne; her special caregiver turned family Karla Caywood; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her grandparents Paul and Edna Travis and Raeford and Martha Lingerfelt; and infant brother Kevin Dwayne Travis.

The family is receiving friends on Saturday April 23, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Macedonia Pentecostal Holiness Church at 4352 Macedonia Church Road, Vale, NC 28168.
